Bed-Stuy Wellness Day is a first-of-its-kind event in Brooklyn—bringing together fitness, wellness, and culturally relevant health education for the Black and Brown communities of Bed-Stuy and beyond. Hosted by The Fit In and Wukkout, and in partnership with Council Member Chi Ossé, this day is all about increasing access, awareness, and connection.
